Changing the way Scouters find athletes
Scout Talent is an online platforms that helps Scouts find and hire top-talent athletes. The platform features a sleek and intuitive design that makes it easy for Scouts to search for Players, review profiles, and schedule interviews. My role was to create the platform's user experience for both Scouts and Players.
The platform
The design of Scout Talent is modern and professional, with a focus on making the review process as easy and efficient as possible. The app uses a clean and minimalistic layout, with clear and concise information about each player. This design makes it easy for Scouts to quickly review and compare Players, and make informed hiring decisions.
Key features
One of the key features of Scout Talent is its powerful search function. This function allows Scouts to search for candidates based on a variety of criteria, such as skill set, experience level, and biometric values. The app also provides helpful filters and sorting options, so they can quickly find the most relevant Players for their needs.
Marketing website
I designed the landing page's content and messaging to clearly communicate the benefits of using Scout Talent. The landing page has been successful in making the page user-friendly and effective at converting visitors into users.

The results
The changes we made to the platform have been well-received by both Scouts and Players. We've seen an increase in user satisfaction and engagement, and we've also received positive feedback from our investors about the improvements to the platform's user experience.
